Positive: Facilities were clean, and the pool was excellent. The location was very good and easily accessible. The cleaner and the handyman were amazing and a real credit to you. When we did have a few minor issues, you were very quick to respond We really enjoyed our stay
Negative: the pool area was super slippery when wet ( as i discovered, ouch!). Be mindful. The tiles get super hot in the sun. My only real negative was in our apartment. There was not a proper oven, although this is shown in some of the pictures. We had a small, separate cooking unit. We never intended to cook much anyway. But had we been fully self-catering, this would have been a real issue. It was ok for the couple of pizzas we cooked but was very time-consuming. The property we had slept 6 people and the kitchen facilities really wouldn't be capable of preparing meals for 6 people. I also feel a welcome pack would be really beneficial for any future visitors
